CR/CW Homeowners Association Meetings
Candlewood Ridge / Carriagewood Homeowners Association Meetings are held on the third Tuesday
of each month at 7:00 p.m. All Homeowners are
invited to attend.
Annual HOA meetings are in the month of January. Check the December minutes for meeting location and time for this larger meeting, where new board members are elected and budgets are approved.

Carriage Wood Communities
Candlewood Ridge and Carriage Wood (CR/CW) are two developments that have a combined homeowners association that represents 850 homes east of the core Fairwood shopping areas. An active homeowners association, two key events the HOA sponsors are an annual Garage Sale and Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt.
Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
